When is my program's preorder deadline?

Order by the below pre-order deadline to ensure that your order is ready for you when you arrive!

Where will my preordered purchases be delivered?

For the 7-week, 3-week, and Pre-College programs, your water and safe will be waiting for you in your room when you arrive on campus if you ordered before the pre-order deadline! For the 7-week program and the 3-week session 1 program, your MicroFridge will also be waiting in your room for you upon arrival. For all other programs, your MicroFridge and safe will be delivered to your room within 3 days of move-in day.

MicroFridges, water plans, and safes are delivered to your room. All other products should be picked up at our store are 69 Mount Auburn Street. Linen plans and laundry plans (including delivery plans) must be set-up in our store at 69 Mount Auburn St. 

You do not need to know where you will be staying at the time that you place your order. 

What should I do with my products at the end of my program?

At the end if your program, all products except MicroFridges and safes should be returned to HSA at our storefront location at 69 Mount Auburn Street. MicroFridges should be emptied, cleaned, defrosted and unplugged prior to move out, but should remain in your room for pick-up.

What is HSA Summer School Services? Is this program sponsored by Harvard?

We are a subsidiary of the Harvard Student Agencies, a student-run business that works closely with the Harvard community to provide valuable dorm essentials and laundry services. While we are not officially sponsored by Harvard, the Harvard Summer School has approved our products and services for Harvard Summer School students. We ensure that everything we provide you is of top quality.

Can I order once I arrive on campus?

All products are available for purchase on move-in day. However, we encourage students to preorder their products as they are highly demanded. Pre-ordering can be done online or in person at our store on 69 Mt Auburn St.

I need a product for an accessibility accommodation. What should I do?

If you are a Harvard Summer School student and require any of our products and services based on a disability-related accommodation, please contact Harvard Summer School’s Accessibility Services Office at (617) 998-9640 for additional information. MicroFridges are not listed as a product for Pre-College students, but if you require one for a disability-related accommodation, please contact the office stated above.

Where can I get Harvard apparel?

The Harvard Shop, also a student-run subsidiary of the Harvard Student Agencies, provides great quality clothing for the lowest prices in the Harvard area. Its stores are located at the 39 JFK Street Garage, 65 Mount Auburn Street, and 52 JFK Street. All those with Harvard ID cards will receive 15% off their entire purchase!
