Where will my purchases be delivered?

If you order by the preorder deadline specific to your summer program (see below), your item will be waiting for you in your room when you arrive on campus! You do not need to know where you will be staying at the time that you place your order. MicroFridges and water products cannot be ordered after your corresponding preorder deadline, unless for medical reasons (contact the Operations Manager, Kaitlin McGovern at kaitlin.mcgovern@hsa.net for more information). For all other products, orders placed after the preorder deadline will be delivered to your room on a rolling basis.

What is my preorder deadline?

If you are in Summer School, the 7-week or 3-week Session 1 programs' deadline is Friday, June 17th. For Summer School students in the 3-week Session 2 program, the deadline is Thursday, July 7th

If you are in the Pre-College Program, the Session 1 deadline is Friday, June 24th, the Session 2 deadline is Thursday, July 7, and the Session 3 deadline is Thursday, July 21st.

If you are here for Reunions, your deadline is Monday, June 6th.

What is HSA Summer School Services? Is this program sponsored by Harvard?

We are a subsidiary of the Harvard Student Agencies, a student-run business that works closely with the Harvard community to provide valuable dorm essentials and laundry services. While we are not officially sponsored by Harvard, the Harvard Summer School has approved our products and services. We ensure that everything we provide you is of top quality.

Can I order once I arrive on campus?

You can order anything except MicroFridges, Campus TVs, and water plans once you are here (if you need something for medical purposes, contact the Operations Manager, Kaitlin McGovern, at kaitlin.mcgovern@hsa.net). That can be done online or in person at our store on 69 Mt Auburn St.

What is the refund policy?

Laundry plans and linen plans will be eligible for refunds up until 2 weeks (14 days) of the service's first use (a $30 cancellation fee will apply). Microfridges, Campus TVs, and water plans are eligible for cancellation up until 1 week (7 days) after your summer program begins. If the item has not already been delivered to the room, we will charge a $30 cancellation fee. If the item has been delivered already, we will charge a $40 cancellation fee. Fans will be refunded for the full price if returned on or before 1 week (7 days) of use. All other furniture and dorm essentials will not be eligible for refunds after 2 weeks (14 days) of first use.

Where can I get Harvard Apparel?

The Harvard Shop, also a student-run subsidiary of the Harvard Student Agencies, provides great quality clothing for the lowest prices in the Harvard area. Its stores are located at the 39 JFK Street Garage, 65 Mount Auburn Street, and 52 JFK Street. All those with Harvard ID cards will receive 15% off their entire purchase!
