HSA Dorm Essentials is Harvard's original startup.  Originally just several students selling dorm products out of their rooms, Dorm Essentials has grown considerably over the past 50+ years and is now the go-to for dorm needs at Harvard.

HSA Dorm Essentials is the oldest of 12 businesses that, together, form Harvard Student Agencies, the largest student-run company in the world.  HSA employs over 600 undergraduates annually and exceeds $6 million in revenue. Connor Brown

Connor is a sophomore in Eliot House concentrating in Government with a secondary in Psychology. Born and raised in a small coastal town in southeast England, he is still trying to navigate the intricacies of American slang and culture. Outside of HSA, Connor is involved in debate and public speaking on campus. He enjoys skiing, going to rock and punk concerts, whilst also attempting to play covers of his favorite bands on the guitar.


Alex Kim

Alex is a freshman living in Canaday E, planning on studying economics and statistics. Alex was born and raised in Boston; he went to Boston Latin School where he played soccer and ran track. Outside of HSA, he is part of the Harvard Men's Club Soccer Team and enjoy watching Netflix, running, and working out in his free time.


Harrison Ward

Harrison is passionate about podcasts, backpacking, off-piste snowboarding, dominating in basketball, and laundry. In his free time on campus, he writes for the Crimson's magazine, Fifteen Minutes, and goes on runs throughout Cambridge.


Raymond Qin

Raymond is a freshman in Wigglesworth planning on concentrating in economics. Outside of the HSA, Raymond is the director of programming for Harvard Global Research and Consulting and during his free time, he can be found laughing loudly, playing basketball, or exploring by walking in a random direction.
