What are our hours?

Our regular business hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday
9am - 1pm, 2pm - 5pm

We are open on certain weekends for Summer School move ins!

When is my program's preorder deadline?

Order by your program's preorder deadline to ensure that your products are ready when you arrive at campus!

Program Preorder Deadline

  • Pre-College Session 1: June 14th, 2024
  • Pre-College Session 2: June 28th, 2024
  • Pre-College Session 3: July 12th, 2024

Secondary School

  • 7-week Session: June 14th, 2024
  • 3-week Session 1: June 14th, 2024
  • 3-week Session 2: July 5th, 2024
  • 4-week Session: July 5th, 2024
  • Harvard Summer Undergraduate Research Village May 31st, 2024

Where will my preordered products and services be delivered?

MicroFridges and water plans are delivered to your room. All other products should be picked up at our store located at 69 Mount Auburn St. Linen plans and laundry plans (including delivery plans) must be set-up in our store at 69 Mount Auburn St. Note for HSURV, if you order after June 8th, your MicroFridge may be delayed to June 14th delivery.

For the Harvard Summer School 7-week, 3-week, and Pre-College programs, your water will be conveniently waiting for you in your room when you arrive at campus if you ordered by the pre-order deadline! For the 7-week and the 3-week Session I programs, your MicroFridge will also be conveniently waiting for you in your room upon arrival. For all other programs, including 3-week Session II, your MicroFridge will be delivered to your room within 3 days of your program's move-in date.  Note, product and service offerings vary by program. Check your program page for product and service offerings available to you.

You do not need to know your housing assignment when placing your order.

What should I do with my products at the end of my program?

At the end of your program, all products except MicroFridges should be returned to HSA at our storefront location at 69 Mount Auburn St. MicroFridges should be emptied, cleaned, defrosted, and unplugged prior to move out, but should remain in your room for pick-up.

What is HSA summer school services? Is this program sponsored by Harvard?

We are a subsidiary of the Harvard Student Agencies, a student-run business that works closely with the Harvard community to provide valuable dorm essentials and laundry services. While we are not officially sponsored by Harvard, the Harvard Summer School has approved our products and services for Harvard Summer School students. We ensure that everything we provide you is of top quality.

Can I order once I arrive on campus?

All products are available for purchase on move-in day. However, we encourage students to preorder their products as they are highly demanded. Pre-ordering can be done online or in person at our store located at 69 Mount Auburn St.

I need a product for accessibility accommodation. What should I do?

If you are a Harvard Summer School student and require any of our products and services based on a disability-related accommodation, please contact Harvard Summer School’s Accessibility Services Office at (617) 998-9640 or accessibility@extension.harvard.edu for additional information. MicroFridges are not listed as products for Pre-College students, but if you require one for a disability-related accommodation, please contact the Accessibility Services Office.

Where can I get Harvard apparel?

The Harvard Shop, also a student-run subsidiary of the Harvard Student Agencies, provides great quality clothing for the lowest prices in the Harvard area. Its stores are located at the 1380 Massachusetts Ave, 65 Mount Auburn Street, and 52 JFK Street.All those with Harvard Summer ID cards will receive 25% off their entire purchase!
