Where will my purchases be delivered?
Your room essential items will be waiting for you in your room when you arrive on campus! You do not need to know where you will be staying at the time that you place your order. All orders ordered after the preorder deadline of Saturday June 15th will be delivered on a rolling basis. While they are not guaranteed to be delivered prior to move-in, they will be delivered within one week.
When will I receive my purchases?
Your room essential items will be waiting for you in your room when you arrive on campus on the weekend of June 22/23 if you order before the preorder deadline of June 15th! If you place an order after June 15th, your items will be delivered within a week on a rolling basis. If you purchased a linen plan, you can pick up your first set of linens at our store at 17 Holyoke Street. If you are not sure about where to go, HSA will also have tables at the Summer School registration site, and we can direct you from there.
What is HSA Summer School Services? Is this program sponsored by Harvard?
Though not officially sponsored by Harvard, Harvard Student Agencies works very closely with the Summer School each year to help make your summer experience as convenient and enjoyable as possible. The Summer School has approved our products and services, so we ensure that everything we provide you is of top quality.
When is the deadline for free dorm room delivery?
We will provide free delivery no matter when you place your order. Please make you order by June 15th, 2013 to have items delivered to your room before you arrive on campus on move-in weekend (June 22/23). If you order after June 14th, we will guarantee delivery within a week of your order.
Can I order once I arrive on campus?
Yes, you definitely can! The HSA members will be stationed at Summer School registration sites. We will be taking orders as well as handing out linens to those who have purchased the linen plan!
Where can I get Harvard Apparel?
The Harvard Shop is a subsidiary of HSA that provides great quality clothing for less. The Harvard Shop will be selling merchandise in front of Sever Hall, one of the registration sites during move-in weekend. You can also find The Harvard Shop in the Holyoke Center and at 52 JFK Street. The Harvard Shop carries a great variety of Harvard branded clothing and merchandise, from sweatshirts to umbrellas.
Where is HSA located?
HSA Cleaners - provider of laundry plans and linen plans - is located on 17 Holyoke St. The Harvard Shop sells Harvard apparel and is located in the Holyoke Center and on 52 JFK St. Both HSA Cleaners and The Harvard Shop will be at the registration sites to make your move-in experience as hassle-free as possible!

What is the refund policy?
Laundry plans and linen plans will be eligible for refunds until June 30th for a $10 cancellation fee. If the service has been used or the linens have been opened, we will charge for the number of uses and refund the remaining cost. Microfridges, fridges, and coolers are eligible for cancellation until June 30th. If the item has not already been delivered to the room, we will charge a $10 cancellation fee. If the item has been delivered already, we will charge a $20 cancellation fee. Fans will be refunded for the full price if returned by June 30th. All other furniture and dorm essentials will be eligible for refunds until June 30th for a $10 cancellation fee.
